Errors during sendout or other actions are logged and can be acccessed by Lime Gävle.

Lime CRM

Lime Inform Integration errors are logged in the Web Server and/or Task Handler log.

Connection to Lime CRM

If you have a correct configuration and the integration is not working the most common case is that Lime CRM Server is not accessible. This can be verified by checking the Lime CRM webserver logs. Read more about Public Access!

Emails Aren’t sent or end up in spam.
