What Is Done with Personal Data

Personal data is stored in the Lime CRM database and is never deleted. The data is stored in properties and it is of course possible to display this data to all users of the system if the system is configured in that way. Data that is exported to a Lime Inform send list will persist until the sendlist is deleted.

Why Personal Data Is Needed

Personal data is required to handle email and/or text message sendouts.

What Personal Data

• Contact information (email, phone number)
• Address information could in some cases be stored.

Transfer of Personal Data

Lime Technologies Gävle AB stores the data used for Lime Inform. The data is stored in Sweden by a Swedish company, more information can be supplied as per request.

Logging of Personal Data

No personal data is logged on the server.
